Gluten Free Wraps
Easy and quick to make. Delicious to eat.
250 ml Water for a thick wrap or 300 ml for a thin wrap
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until a smooth paste is formed.
- Heat a skillet or fry pan over medium to low heat. Once warm, grease lightly. ( I cook the wrap on the crepe maker, on a setting of 2)
- Pour approximately 1/3 to ½ cup of batter in to the pan and spread thinly to cover the base. Once wrap has finished bubbling and the bottom turns golden brown, turn over and fry the other side.
- Cover and allow to cool.
