I had almost stopped buying food magazine as increasingly I found that they did not cater for the average family and their needs.

However, I did put Taste Magazine in my trolley last week and was pleasantly surprised.  A number of well known Australian chefs feature in the magazine and it is jammed packed full of recipes.Taste Magazine

More surprisingly was a number of gluten free recipes: rice and mascarpone tart with tomato and basil, Spanish tortilla, and if you have a gf batter recipe you use, then the top 10 fritter ideas is worth a read.

As well, Ingham’s Chicken did a 5 page advertising feature using their gluten free products with ideas like easy chicken parmigiano.

To top it off, the magazine’s Blogger of the month is Emma Galloway from whose focus is gluten and dairy free meals.

I am disappointed I missed their launch issue.
