I picked up the latest free Coles magazine and found that it is not only jammed packed full of recipes for the festive season but also that many recipes are gluten free by ingredient, are tagged gluten free or can be made gluten free with the substitution of a few ingredients.
While a number of meals will not inspire my gf teenager, I often still make them and hope that his tastes will mature in time and a taste test now, might leave him open to new foods.
