Raspberry and Lime Sorbet

Ingredients

500 g frozen raspberries

3/4 cup caster sugar

2 limes, juiced and zested

Method

In a food processor, process all ingredients for 5 – 6 minutes or until smooth.

Transfer mixture to a freezer container and freeze for 2 – 3 hours.  Stir occasionally for a smoother sorbet.
