Transition to Gluten Free

How do you manage to get through the haze of being told “You have coeliac disease and you must maintain a gluten free diet for the rest of your life.”

With so many variables and too many people giving you advice you can end up feeling very confused and isolated.

Your transition is a very personal experience, so it  is important to remember that there is no one way to transition to gluten free.

Expect for your world to be turned upside down.  Expect for  your confidence to be shaken. Expect to feel isolated.

But you will get there.  You will get your head around gluten free shopping. You will learn how to make reasonable gluten free bread. You will adapt to this major dietary change.
